1. Ifyour music requires it you should have an accompanist. It's your responsibility to arrange and pay for one and a list of possible people are in the syllabus.
2. Music stands for soloists are provided. For duets and larger groups please bring your own.
1.All items presented should be suitable for a family audience.
2. No help, coaching or mouthing of words from the audience please.
3. No scripts EXCEPT for prose reading.
4. Please keep props to a minimum. A table and chair will be available.
The use of audio or visual recorders including still and video cameras or phones is strictly prohibited.
Full adherance to our safeguaring policy must be observed.
The committee reserves the right to seek permission to take photos but absolutely no child will be named on this website or on social media.
We are very grateful for the many trophies which have been donated to our festival over the years.
Trophies are awarded to those competitors who receive 85 marks or more and win their class.
Unfortunately there are not enough trophies for every class and therefore are allocated to those classes with a number of competitors.

ALL TROPHIES ARE ON LOAN FOR A YEAR AND MUST BE CARED FOR, CLEANED AND RETURNED BY THE GIVEN DATE IN THE SYLLABUS. AN E MAIL REMINDER WILL BE SENT.
